This all-levels practice will enhance your senses, helping to ground you and deepen your connection to self. Fall Equinox Yoga + Sound Bath with Yen Yoga

The fall equinox represents a shift from light to dark, from outward expansion to inner stillness. In that spirit, join Becky for a rejuvenating yoga + sound bath Fall Equinox celebration at The Secret Garden at Brys Estate. This unique experience combines the beauty of autumn with the tranquility of yoga + sound through crystal bowls, chimes and gongs, creating a perfect day of relaxation and celebration of the changing season. First, immerse yourself in the beauty of The Secret Garden’s fall colors during a self-guided meditative walk. Following the meditative tour, lay your mat out in the lavender field to soak in the natural splendor. Becky’s one-hour yoga + sound bath will cater to all levels, whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to the practice. After the yoga session, indulge in a hard cider crafted with estate-grown apples, with a variety of unique-to-Brys flavors available. You can choose from a selection of hard ciders, and for those who prefer non-alcoholic options, there will be a variety of refreshing beverages available.

Plan on arriving 15 minutes before class begins. Please wear layers and bring a yoga mat. We will have extras for those who need them. Participants receive 10% off all purchases made inside the gift shop after the event. Bring your own mat, water and wear layers.

Grab your besties and head to Brys Estate for some photos, wine and tons of fun! Picture this: You're headed to Traverse City for a weekend of wine tasting with your favorite people. Everyone is looking super cute and you're having the best time in one of the most gorgeous settings in TC. You want these memorable moments documented, but perhaps want better quality than what your phone provides. WE GOT YOU! These sessions are 15 minutes long and you will receive 10-15 fun, festive, high resolution images through an online gallery where you can download and print where you wish. Galleries will be delivered within two weeks from session date. Exact location on property is TBD based on fall color.
