Burning sage has been used for centuries as a ritual to remove negative energy, generate wisdom and clarity, and promote a healing atmosphere. Smudge stick are made with sage, flowers and lavender grown and dried at the Secret Garden.
To use, touch flame to leafy and of stick. Place burning smudge stick in a designated fire-safe dish. Allow to slowly burn out or snuff when finished. Relight as needed. NEVER LEAVE LIT SMUDGE STUCKS UNATTENDED.
