Cozy up this winter with a delicious hot cup of mulled wine or cider! All you need is a packet of our mulling spices, brown sugar, some locally-made apple cider and a bottle of Brys Estate Dry Riesling! For a kid-friendly version, just leave out the wine!

Spiked Apple Cider

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Brys Estate Riesling
  • 1/2 Gallon of apple cider​
  • 1/4 Cup of brown sugar
  • 1 Pack of mulling spices
Directions:
  • Add ingredients to a medium pot. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low for 1 hour. Serve warm.

Kids' Warm Apple Cider

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Gallon of apple cider​
  • 1/4 Cup of brown sugar
  • 1 Pack of mulling spices
Directions:
  • Add ingredients to a medium pot. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low for 1 hour. Serve warm.​
