Cozy up this winter with a delicious hot cup of mulled wine or cider! All you need is a packet of our mulling spices, brown sugar, some locally-made apple cider and a bottle of Brys Estate Dry Riesling! For a kid-friendly version, just leave out the wine! Scroll down for detailed recipes.

Contents: whole cinnamon sticks, dried orange peel, allspice & clove.

Spiked Hot Apple Cider

Ingredients:
  • 1 bottle of Brys Estate Riesling wine
  • 1 gallon of apple cider​
  • 1 pack of mulling spices
  • (Optional) 1/4 - 1/2 cup of brown sugar
Directions:
  • Add apple cider and mulling spices to a medium pot. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low for 1 hour. Add wine 15 minutes before serving, allowing it to warm.

Kids' Warm Mulled Apple Cider

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Gallon of apple cider​
  • 1 pack of mulling spices
  • (Optional) 1/4 cup of brown sugar
Directions:
  • Add apple cider and mulling spices to a medium pot. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low for 1 hour. Serve warm.​
