Neck Cozy Heating/Cooling Directions:
For warming comfort, open neck cozy fully and set in the microwave. Due to potential fire hazard, microwave at 30 second intervals for a maximum of 90 seconds. Half way through the warming process (45 seconds), turn neck cozy over to distribute heat evenly. To reduce inflammation, freeze neck cozy and apply to painful areas for 20 minutes. Re-freeze and repeat every 2 hours. Cover is removable and washable. Scrunch before each use to release optimal lavender scent.
