Temperature and well-being checks All staff reporting for their shift are screened with a temperature check and short questionnaire. Any staff that is feeling flu like symptoms prior to their scheduled shift are instructed to stay home and not report to work. Staff that are interested in receiving a COVID-19 test are supported by management and provided information on testing location. Cleaning and sanitation Our team has implemented enhanced sanitization protocols developed with guidance provided by local health authorities, the MDHHS and CDC guidelines. This includes sanitizing tables, chairs, restrooms, and frequently touched surfaces. We also have limited touch points as much as possible. Hand hygiene, face coverings and gloves Our team members are required to properly wash their hands regularly and immediately after doing such things as sneezing, touching their face, cleaning, and bussing tables. We have made hand sanitizer readily available throughout the estate to assist with hand sanitation when a sink is not readily available. Guests who have not been vaccinated for COVID-19 are required to wear masks to enter the building. Gloves are worn by the kitchen staff when preparing food. Physical distancing Guests are advised to practice physical distancing and maintain a space of 6' apart from others. Thank you for your support, understanding, and loyalty through these challenging times. Our number one priority remains the health and well-being of our guests, staff, and community.
